This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Americas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the tele-sales team currently consisting of seven team members
- Establish and manage lead qualification standards and criteria
- Interview, coach and develop tele-sales representatives including monitoring calls, providing feedback, leading sales and technical training, etc
- Create and evaluate daily and weekly call and activity reports to determine key performance benchmarking metrics
- Coordinate with Marketing, Lead Generation, Field and Channel Sales to ensure an adequate opportunity pipeline that will deliver the company’s revenue objectives
- Key member of the US Management team
Job Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of management experience
- 5-7 years of sales and/or Enterprise software sales experience
- Ability to work effectively with multiple functions
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar sales force automation system
- Must be articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
